Ephesians 5:8-10 states, “For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light is found in all that is good, right, and true), and try to discern what is pleasing to the Lord.” This passage inspires actions that partner effectively with hospitals to support critically ill infants, children, and teenagers through prayer and gives comfort to their parents. It encourages forming alliances with local hospitals and organizations and participating in four significant walks that highlight children’s health concerns.
Matthew 25:35 states, “For I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat.” This exemplifies the effective partnership with organizations serving the homeless, providing assistance and support to the City Rescue Mission, and coordinating the distribution of toiletries and clothing.
Scripture: John 20:21 “As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” This passage inspires effective persuasion in inviting others to join the Christian faith by sharing its beliefs and principles.
Acts 16:25-26 describes how around midnight, Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, with the other prisoners listening. Suddenly, a violent earthquake shook the prison’s foundations, immediately opening all the doors and loosening everyone’s chains. It encourages the preaching and teaching of spiritual enrichment to those who are incarcerated, under the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
Scripture: Nehemiah 2:17 “Then I said to them, ‘You see the trouble we are in: Jerusalem lies in ruins, and its gates have been burned with fire. Come, let us rebuild the wall of Jerusalem, and we will no longer be in disgrace.'”
This passage calls for assistance in rebuilding after a disaster, whether it’s local, national, or international.
Mark 16:15 instructs to go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to every creature. This is effectively done by spreading the message of Jesus Christ through personal testimony, engaging in street evangelism, and serving homeless individuals.
