Empowerment Nation
Empowerment is the work of the Holy Spirit, which imparts to sinners and believers alike the knowledge and grace of the gospel through the ministry of God’s Word.
MISSION
The mission of Empowerment Nation is to cultivate strong, knowledgeable, and courageous witnesses for Christ. Our aim is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ, prepare believers for service, and defend the faith. We accomplish this by implementing effective discipleship models that nurture both teachers and students. Our goal is to be recognized as Daniel was when presented before King Nebuchadnezzar, as described in Daniel 5:14: “I have heard of you, that the Spirit of God is in you, and that light, understanding, and excellent wisdom are found in you.”
Christian Education
The Ministry of Christian Education at MSMBC is dedicated to laying a robust biblical foundation for all congregants. This commitment involves reevaluating both traditional and practical aspects of Christian education theology. Our foremost objectives are nurturing spiritually mature members through doctrinally sound instruction, culminating in a Church that is fully mature and equipped to uphold the faith.
To achieve these goals, the ministry offers guidance through various classes:

– Young Adult Class
– My Brother’s Keeper
– Siani Sisters
– Marriage Ministry
– Singles Ministry
– Bible Study
Additionally, we have a Youth Ministry that caters to the younger members of our congregation.
Transformation (new member) ministry
The Transformation Ministry serves as the initial point of contact for teachers and facilitators when new members join the MSMBC. Our mission is to assist new Christians—and to motivate them—in their journey from mere membership to true discipleship. We offer a structure that aids our students in comprehending what it means to be a devoted and mature disciple of Christ.
Ephesians 4:11-12 states, “So Christ himself gave the apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers, to prepare his people for acts of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.”
Mt Sinai Christian Academy of Excellance

Mt. Sinai Christian Academy is dedicated to providing a strong biblical foundation for children from Pre-K through 3rd grade. Our foremost objectives are to cultivate spiritually mature youth via the guidance of spiritually sound teachers, thereby fostering a fully disciplined Church.
We aim to offer our youth a comprehensive education.
African Heritage Ministry
The African Heritage Ministry is a Christ-centered, biblically-grounded ministry dedicated to raising awareness of the ties between African heritage in the Bible and the contributions of African-descended individuals to American society and the world. This is achieved by developing educational experiences for the MSMBC church family and the broader community. The ministry organizes annual events that celebrate our African Heritage.
Scholarship Ministry
The Scholarship Ministry of MSMBC aims to prepare our youth to be well-rounded, educated Christians by providing exposure to resources, access to opportunities, and financial support to pursue higher education.
The ministry coordinates the following annual events:
• Graduate Recognition Worship Service which is a celebration of the accomplishments of our graduates.
